Wanma-Tech has been honored with the title of 'Advanced Workers' Union Collective

The Trade Union Committee of Wanma-Tech New Material Co., Ltd. in Zhejiang was established in November 2020. Since the establishment of the trade union, under the correct leadership of the group trade union and with the care and support of various levels of leaders, the union's work has entered a new phase, fulfilling its core function of safeguarding employees' legitimate rights and interests, and serving as a 'bridge and bond' between employees and the company. After moving to Taihuyuan Town, the company actively cooperated with the parent group and Taihuyuan General Union in organizing various employee cultural and sports activities. It also made significant efforts to strengthen its internal union development, achieving notable success across various areas of work and earning the honorary title of 'Advanced Trade Union Collective in Taihuyuan Town for 2023'.

Our union has consistently adhered to its mission of serving employees and promoting the harmonious development of the enterprise, actively engaging in various initiatives. The union not only cares about employees' lives and pays attention to their growth, but also actively fights for their rights and provides a variety of cultural and entertainment activities, injecting new vitality into the stability and development of the company.

In the past year, our labor union has closely focused on the central work of the company, fully utilized its own advantages, continuously innovated work methods, and carried out a series of effective activities. Not only does it enrich employees' leisure time, but it also enhances the cohesion and sense of belonging among employees. At the same time, the union actively strives for welfare benefits for employees, solves their problems and difficulties, and provides "on-the-job medical mutual assistance" for all employees, winning the praise and trust of the majority of employees.

Being awarded the title of 'Advanced Trade Union Collective' is a strong affirmation of our union's work. We will take this as an opportunity to further strengthen the construction of trade unions, improve the level of trade union work, and provide better services and guarantees for employees. At the same time, we will continue to play the role of the labor union, promote the steady development of various undertakings of the company, and make greater contributions to achieving the company's strategic goals.
