In May 2024, Wanma-Tech held its first skills competition. The event aimed to improving employees' professional skills, stimulating their work enthusiasm and innovative spirit. It consisted of two parts, including a theoretical knowledge examination and an offline practical examination. There were five project groups, including control, mixing, formulation, forklift, and inspection.
The theoretical examination coverd the knowledge of process flow, equipment operation, safety specifications ,and more .Through the assessment, each group of contestants has demonstrated a solid theoretical foundation and extensive practical experience.
The practical operation assessment was closely linked to actual work, employees need to talk about the operation process, key points, precautions and more.
After intense competition, the event concluded on June 13, with participants from each group achieving excellent results.
In the end, six winning employees were selected, including: Sheng Kang and Li Yongjun from the Control Group, Chen Min from the Mixing Group, Zhang Wei from the Banburying Group, Pan Liling from the Forklift Group, and Lan Chao from the Testing Group.
